To provide a paper roll package that is composed of paper material and enables an easy-to-use handle to be provided taking advantage of the characteristics of the material.SOLUTION: A package bag 5 of a paper roll package 1 is made into a square bottom bag using paper material as packaging material. After toilet paper rolls 3, 3... are stored, the top side is sealed in the same way as the bottom side, and a handle 21 is fastened to the bottom side, reversing the top and bottom so as for the handle 21 to be positioned at the top side as a product.
