To provide an adhesive sheet carrying an adhesive layer in which yellow discoloration hardly occurs even when the adhesive layer is stuck on a substrate having a metallic electrode portion and which exhibits a function to shield ultraviolet light of a wide range from a short wavelength region of around 200 nm to a long wavelength region around 400 nm, and to provide an adhesive sheet from which an ultraviolet absorber hardly precipitates even after a lapse of time.SOLUTION: Provided is an adhesive comprising: a dye (A) that has at least one triazine ring and has one, two, or three naphthalene rings bound directly to one triazine ring; a dye (B) that has at least one triazine ring and has one, two, or three aromatic rings bound directly to one triazine ring, where one of the aromatic rings has a hydroxy group on a carbon neighboring the position of bonding to the triazine ring while other one or two of the aromatic rings do not have hydroxy groups on carbons neighboring the positions of bonding to the triazine ring; an acrylic polymer (C); and a curing agent (D) (where the dye (B) is other than the dye (A)).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 本発明の課題は、金属の電極部位を有する基板に貼り合わせても黄変が生じ難く、２００nm付近の短波長領域から４００nm付近の長波長領域までの幅広い紫外線遮蔽機能を発現する粘着層を担持する粘着シートの提供、時間が経過しても紫外線吸収剤が析出し難い粘着シートの提供。【解決手段】トリアジン環を少なくとも１個有し、１個のトリアジン環に直接結合する１、２または３個のナフタレン環を有する色素（Ａ）と、トリアジン環を少なくとも１個有し、１個のトリアジン環に直接結合する１、２または３個の芳香環を有し、前記芳香環のうち１個はトリアジン環との結合位置に対し隣接する位置の炭素が水酸基を有し、前記芳香環のうち他の１個または２個の芳香環はトリアジン環との結合位置に対し隣接する位置の炭素が水酸基を有しない色素（Ｂ）と、アクリル系ポリマー（Ｃ）と、硬化剤（Ｄ）とを含む粘着剤（但し、前記色素（Ｂ）は前記色素（Ａ）以外）。【選択図】 なし
