To provide a washing machine capable of inhibiting the leakage of a liquid in a solution tank due to a capillary phenomenon.SOLUTION: A washing machine in the present disclosure includes a washing tub for accommodating laundry, a solution tank for storing a solution, and a solution automatic feeding device for feeding the solution stored in the solution tank into the washing tub. The solution tank is formed substantially in a box shape, and has a tank body which has an opening in the top surface thereof, and a tank lid which has an insertion wall inserted in the opening and covers the opening. The outer peripheral surface of the insertion wall faces the upper inner peripheral surface of the tank body in a state in which the tank lid is mounted to the tank body.
