Summary:To reduce the manufacturing cost of a jack-up point of a middle part in a vehicle width direction.SOLUTION: An underfloor structure of a vehicle with a jack-up point at a middle part in the vehicle width direction under a vehicle, includes: left and right vertical skeleton member extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction on vehicle-width-direction both sides at the bottom surface of the floor panel 110 of the vehicle; a middle skeleton member 20 provided at the vehicle-width -direction middle part at the bottom surface of the floor panel 110; and left and right braces 30 connecting each of the left and right vertical skeleton members and the middle skeleton member 20.
