Summary:To provide an information processor capable of determining the state of a thermally conductive material located between a semiconductor device and a radiator.SOLUTION: An information processor includes: a semiconductor device; a radiator; a thermally conductive material located between a semiconductor device and a radiator; a calculation unit; and a determination unit. The calculation unit calculates the thermal resistance between the semiconductor device and the heat-dissipation environment based on the temperature of the semiconductor device, the temperature of the heat-dissipation environment including the radiator, and the power consumption of the semiconductor device. The determination unit determines the state of the thermally conductive material based on a comparison result compared the thermal resistance with a reference value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】情報処理装置における半導体装置と放熱器との間に位置する熱伝導材料の状態を判定する。【解決手段】情報処理装置は、半導体装置、放熱器、半導体装置と放熱器との間に位置する熱伝導材料、計算部、及び判定部を含む。計算部は、半導体装置の温度と、放熱器を含む放熱環境の温度と、半導体装置の消費電力とに基づいて、半導体装置と放熱環境との間の熱抵抗値を計算する。判定部は、熱抵抗値を基準値と比較した比較結果に基づいて、熱伝導材料の状態を判定する。【選択図】図1
