Abstract | To provide a remote robot system which can properly respond to a user, and to provide a control method of the remote robot system.SOLUTION: A remote robot system 10 includes: a robot 100 which conducts predetermined operations including collection of local information of its periphery; a guide terminal 200 which can control the operation of the robot 100 remotely; and a participant terminal 300 which enables remote communication with the guide terminal 200.
