To provide a suture anchor that is hardly damaged at the time of being embedded into a bone.SOLUTION: A suture anchor comprises a hollow anchor body component 11, a front end part 12 of which is closed, and an outer peripheral surface of which is provided with a screw part 13 comprising a crest part 14 and formed in a screw shape, and which anchor body component 11 is provided with a through hole 17 passing through an outer peripheral surface of the anchor body component 11 so as to extend along an orthogonal axis line P orthogonal to a center axis line C.
