Summary: | To provide a bamboo fiber composite that is a composite of bamboo fiber with fluorene-modified cellulose nanofiber (FCNF) comprising a cardo structure-bearing fluorene derivative as a binder.SOLUTION: Bamboo fiber (a) alkali-treated with a sodium hydroxide solution is oriented in one direction (b); the oriented bamboo fiber is coated with fluorene-modified cellulose nanofiber, with the weight proportion of the mixed cellulose nanofiber to the bamboo fiber being 2.5-10%; and finally the coated bamboo fiber is hot-press molded at 180-250°C, to prepare a bamboo fiber composite. 【課題】竹繊維に対し、カルド構造をもつフルオレン誘導体によるフルオレン変性セルロースナノファイバー(FCNF)をバインダーとして製造した竹繊維複合材を提供する。【解決手段】水酸化ナトリウム水溶液でアルカリ処理した竹繊維(a)を、一方向に配向(b)し、竹繊維との混合重量割合が2.5~10%のフルオレン変性セルロースナノファイバーでコーティングして、180~250度で熱プレス成形して得られることを特徴とする竹繊維複合材及びその製造方法である。【選択図】図1 |
