Summary: | To provide a power conversion device that does not allow a rotary electric machine to output torque equal to or more than a predetermined value at the time of temperature increase control during vehicle stop.SOLUTION: A power conversion device 10 includes an inverter 30 for converting DC power supplied from a battery pack 20 into AC power by switching control and supplies the AC power from the inverter 30 to a rotary electric machine 40 having a winding 41. Further, the power conversion device 10 includes a control device 70 for performing switching control of upper arm switches QUH, QVH and QWH and lower arm switches QUL, QVL and QWL so that current flows into the battery pack 20 via the inverter 30 and the winding 41 to control temperature rise of the battery pack 20. The control device 70 acquires current of the rotary electric machine 40 flowing in a neutral point O of the winding 41 in temperature rise control at the time of vehicle stop to control a command current so as to gradually increase the current within a current control range where torque of the rotary electric machine is less than upper limit torque.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】車両停止中の昇温制御時において、回転電機から所定以上のトルクを出力させない電力変換装置を提供すること。【解決手段】電力変換装置10は、スイッチング制御により組電池20から供給される直流電力を交流電力に変換するインバータ30を備え、インバータ30からの交流電力を、巻線41を有する回転電機40に供給する。また、電力変換装置10は、インバータ30及び巻線41を介して組電池20に電流が流れるように、上アームスイッチQUH,QVH,QWH及び下アームスイッチQUL,QVL,QWLのスイッチング制御を行って、組電池20の昇温制御を行う制御装置70を備える。制御装置70は、車両停止時の昇温制御において、巻線41の中性点Oに流れる回転電機40の電流を取得し、回転電機のトルクが上限トルク未満となる電流制御範囲内で、電流を徐々に増加させるように、指令電流を制御する。【選択図】 図1 |
