Summary:To provide a propeller guard capable of suppressing deterioration in navigation performance of a vessel by suppressing floating matter such as eelgrass from being tangled to a propeller and a propeller shaft of the vessel, and improving utilization rate of the vessel by reducing frequency of maintenance by an operator.SOLUTION: A propeller 72 is arranged in a hull rear part, a part or the whole of the propeller 72 is arranged to project backward and/or sideward to a hull 10 in a plan view. A propeller guard 80 includes: a cylindrical unit 81 surrounding the propeller 72 and extending more backward than a rear end unit 10BP of the hull 10; and a rectifier unit 83 extending forward to be continued from the cylindrical unit 81 and arranged to cover a part of a vessel side unit 10S in the hull rear part and a part of a vessel bottom unit 10BM.
