To provide an active energy ray-curable composition having low viscosity, excellent in curability, adhesiveness of a cured material obtained therefrom to a substrate, particularly a plastic substrate and further, superior in anti-static, curling, sliding properties and moisture/heating resistance, and desirably to provide the active energy ray-curable composition for a shaped material.SOLUTION: Disclosed is an active energy ray-curable composition including the following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) an ionic compound which includes quaternary ammonium salt and is a liquid at 25°C; (B) a compound having an ethylenic unsaturated group including the following components (B-1) to (B-3): (B-1) a compound having an alkylene oxide unit and two or more (meth)acryloyl groups; (B-2) a compound having one (meth)acryloyl group; and (B-3) urethane (meth)acrylate having two or more (meth)acryloyl groups; and (C) a leveling agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】組成物が低粘度で硬化性に優れ、得られる硬化物が基材に対する密着性、特にプラスチック基材に対する密着性に優れ、帯電防止性、カール性、すべり性、耐湿熱性に優れる活性エネルギー線硬化型組成物、好ましくは賦型材料用活性エネルギー線硬化型組成物の提供。【解決手段】下記（Ａ）成分、（Ｂ）成分及び（Ｃ）成分を含む活性エネルギー線硬化型組成物。（Ａ）成分：四級アンモニウム塩を含むイオン性化合物であって、２５℃で液体である化合物（Ｂ）成分：下記（Ｂ－１）～（Ｂ－３）成分を含むエチレン性不飽和基を有する化合物（Ｂ－１）成分：アルキレンオキサイド単位を有し、２個以上の（メタ)アクリロイル基を有する化合物（Ｂ－２）成分：１個の（メタ）アクリロイル基を有する化合物（Ｂ－３）成分：２個以上の（メタ）アクリロイル基を有するウレタン（メタ）アクリレート（Ｃ）成分：レベリング剤【選択図】なし
