To prove the authenticity of conclusion in addition to identification and non-alteration properties of an electronic contract document.SOLUTION: An electronic contract server 1 of the present embodiment performs electronic contract processing for concluding various contracts between a customer using a terminal device 3 and a bank (bank clerk) using a terminal device 4 of the bank through web screens of both devices 3 and 4. According to the electronic contract server 1, it not only causes contractors to perform electronic signature for only an electronic contract document, but also causes the electronic contract server 1 to perform electronic signature for an electronic contract document added with information (unique information) uniquely representing the details of a video conference photographed until the conclusion of the electronic contract document. This can increase the evidentiality of identification of the contractor and prove the authenticity of the conclusion in addition to proving non-alteration for the electronic contract document concluded through the electronic contract processing performed by the electronic contract server 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電子契約書の本人証明や非改ざん性に加えて、成立の真正性を証明する。【解決手段】本実施形態の電子契約サーバ１では、端末装置３を使用する顧客と、銀行等の端末装置４を使用する銀行（銀行員）間の各種契約を両装置３、４のウェブ画面を通して成立させるための電子契約処理を行う。電子契約サーバ１によれば、電子契約書だけを対象として契約者による電子署名を行うのではなく、当該電子契約書の締結に至る間に撮影されたビデオ会議の内容を一意に表す情報（一意情報）を加えた電子契約書を対象として電子契約サーバ１による電子署名を行う。これにより、電子契約サーバ１の電子契約処理により締結された電子契約書に対して、契約当事者の本人確認の証拠性が高く、非改ざん証明に加えて成立の真正性を証明することが可能になる。【選択図】図１
