Summary:To mount a component over the inside and the outside of a panel in a state where sealability is secured.SOLUTION: In a component mounting structure in which a mounting plate part 333 is mounted to a panel QP by providing a fastening member from the mounting plate part 333 through a fastening insertion hole Qb to the panel QP in a state where the mounting plate part 333 is disposed on a vehicle outside surface Pa of the panel QP and an input part unit 330 is inserted through a component insertion hole Qa into the panel QP, a seal member 334 which is formed in a plane shape having a size covering the mounting plate part 333 and in which insertion openings 334b are respectively provided in portions corresponding to the component insertion hole Qa and the fastening insertion hole Qb is interposed between the panel QP and the mounting plate part 333. A series of outer peripheral lips 41 are provided at an edge to be an outer periphery on a surface of the seal member 334 opposed to the panel QP, and a series of inner peripheral lips 42 are provided in a portion corresponding to a periphery of the insertion openings 334b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 【課題】シール性を確保した状態でパネルの内外にわたって部品を取り付けること。【解決手段】パネルQPの車外面Paに取付板部333を配設し、部品挿通孔Qaを介して入力部ユニット330をパネルQPの内部に挿入した状態で、取付板部333から締結用挿通孔Qbを介してパネルQPに締結部材を設けることによって取付板部333をパネルQPに取り付けるようにした部品の取付構造であって、パネルQPと取付板部333との間には、取付板部333を覆う大きさを有した面状を成し、部品挿通孔Qa及び締結用挿通孔Qbに対応する部分にそれぞれ挿通用開口334bが設けられたシール部材334が介在され、シール部材334においてパネルQPに対向する面には、外周となる縁部に一連の外周リップ41が設けられているとともに、挿通用開口334bの周囲となる部分にそれぞれ一連となる内周リップ42が設けられている。【選択図】図12
