Summary:To provide a gas barrier film using a polypropylene film having a surface state coping with heat sterilization such as a retort and optimum for forming a gas barrier layer, a laminate, and a packaging bag.SOLUTION: A gas barrier film is obtained by laminating an inorganic oxide vapor-deposited layer having a thickness of 5-100 nm on at least one surface of a substrate composed of polypropylene, where the maximum peak height Sp is 1.5 μm or lower when observing a surface of a polypropylene substrate for laminating with a vapor deposited layer by a laser microscope (with an observation magnification of 50 power, and an observation area of 250 μm square), and the arithmetic average roughness Sa is 5nm or higher when measuring (a measuring area of 10 μm square) by an atomic force microscope (AFM).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】レトルトのような加熱殺菌に耐えうる、かつガスバリア層形成に最適な表面状態を有するポリプロピレンフィルムを用いた、ガスバリアフィルム、積層体、および、包装袋を提供すること。【解決手段】ポリプロピレンからなる基材の少なくとも一方の面に、厚さ5~100nmの無機酸化物蒸着層を積層したガスバリアフィルムであり、ポリプロピレン基材の蒸着層を積層する面をレーザー顕微鏡で観察(観察倍率50倍、観察面積250μm角)した時の最大山高さSpが1.5μm以下であり、かつ、原子間力顕微鏡(AFM)で測定(測定面積10μm角)した時の算術平均粗さSaが5nm以上であることを特徴とする、ガスバリアフィルムである。【選択図】図1
