To protect a fan against radiant heat from a heating furnace and to suppress a decrease in the accuracy of thermal analysis in a thermal analysis apparatus.SOLUTION: A shutter is arranged inside a duct and opens and closes a passage in the duct. The shutter includes a first flap and a second flap. The first flap includes a first rotary shaft and a first plate portion. The first plate portion extends downward from the first rotary shaft. The first flap is supported rotatably around the first rotary shaft. The second flap includes a second rotary shaft, a second plate portion and a lower end. The second rotary shaft arranged upward of the first rotary shaft and on a cooling fan side. The second plate portion extends downward from the second rotary shaft. The lower end of the second plate portion overlaps the first flap from a heating furnace side.
