To provide a management apparatus configured to properly manage the balance including salary when the salary is paid by digital payment.SOLUTION: In a management system in which a settlement server 10, a user terminal, a payer server, and a bank server are connected with one another over a network wirelessly or by wire so as to communicate with one other, the settlement server serving as a management apparatus includes a deposit receiving unit and a deposit processing unit. The deposit receiving unit receives a deposit request including identification information on a user who receives digital money to be deposited and a title of the deposit.
