Summary: | To provide a micro LED display device with excellent luminous efficiency and suppressed color mixture.SOLUTION: A micro LED display device according to the present invention includes a micro LED array substrate including a plurality of micro LEDs, a sealing portion that seals the plurality of micro LEDs, a low refractive index layer, and a plurality of wavelength conversion layers formed by partitioning in this order from the back side, and each of the wavelength conversion layers is formed such that a pair of layers corresponds to one micro LED in a thickness direction, and the refractive index of the low refractive index layer is lower than the refractive index of the sealing portion and the refractive index of the wavelength conversion layer, and a difference between the refractive index of the low refractive index layer and the refractive index of the sealing portion is 0.10 or more, and a difference between the refractive index of the low refractive index layer and the refractive index of the wavelength conversion layer is greater than or equal to 0.10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
