The adhesive layer 10 includes a photoinitiator 11a and a cross-linking agent 11b. The curing by the radiation exposure is caused by a reaction by the photoinitiator 11a and the cross-linking agent 11b. In the radiation curable adhesive sheet 1, the adhesive layer 10 further includes a hindered amine-based photostabilizer 11c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】保管中の硬化の進行を抑制でき、優れた段差吸収性、応力緩和性を長時間維持でき、保存安定性に優れる放射線硬化性粘着剤シートを提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の放射線硬化性粘着剤シート1は、放射線照射により硬化する粘着剤層10を有する。粘着剤層10は、光重合開始剤11aと、架橋剤11bとを含み、前記放射線照射による硬化は、光重合開始剤11aと、架橋剤11bとの反応により硬化するものである。本発明の放射線硬化性粘着剤シート1において、粘着剤10は、さらにヒンダードアミン系光安定剤11cを含むことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
