Summary: | To provide a disease monitoring system allowing a subject to easily perform in daily life, sampling of a test specimen and measurement of a marker for disease risk diagnosis for diagnosing a disease possibility of being included in the test specimen.SOLUTION: A disease monitoring system 2 comprises a bottom case 22, an upper case 21 including a placement part 211, an immunochromatographic reaction chip 3 having a puncture needle 33, a reaction chip holder 24, an energizing member 25, a lock release part 26, a light irradiation device 41, and a photodetector 42. The placement part 211 includes a puncture needle hole through which a tip of the puncture needle 33 can pass. When the lock release part 26 releases the lock, the immunochromatographic reaction chip 3 receives energizing force from the energizing member 25 and moves toward the upper case 21. The puncture needle 33 is punctured into a living body through the puncture needle hole to sample a test specimen, and includes a stopper 34 for stopping the movement of the immunochromatographic reaction chip 3 and closing the puncture needle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】被検者が日常生活の中で簡便に、検査用検体の採取と、検査用検体に含まれる可能性のある疾患リスク診断用マーカーの測定と、を行うことができる疾患モニタリングシステムを提供すること。【解決手段】疾患モニタリングシステム2は、ボトムケース22と、載置部211を有するアッパケース21と、穿刺針33を有するイムノクロマト反応用チップ3と、反応用チップホルダ24と、付勢部材25と、ロック解除部26と、光照射装置41と、光検出器42と、を備える。載置部211は、穿刺針33の先端部が通過可能な穿刺針用孔を有する。イムノクロマト反応用チップ3は、ロック解除部26がロックを解除すると付勢部材25から付勢力を受けてアッパケース21へ向かって移動する。穿刺針33は、穿刺針用孔を通して生体に穿刺され検査用検体を採取し、イムノクロマト反応用チップ3の移動を停止させるとともに穿刺針用孔を塞ぐストッパ34を有する。【選択図】図3 |
