To improve electromagnetic noise shielding properties while improving assembling workability.SOLUTION: A first shield plate 32 and a second shield plate 33 are tightened together and fixed to a case 31 by first bolts B1 that are inserted through a second through hole 32e of a first shield plate 32 and a second through hole 33e of a second shield plate 33, respectively. The first shield plate 32 and the second shield plate 33 are tightened together and fixed to the case 31 by second bolts B2 that are inserted through a third through hole 32f of the first shield plate 32 and a third through hole 33f of the second shield plate 33, respectively. The second through holes 32e and 33e and the third through holes 32f and 33f are placed across an imaginary straight line L1 connecting the first through holes 32d and 33d in the first shield plate 32 and the second shield plate 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】組み付け作業性を向上させつつも、電磁ノイズの遮蔽性を向上させること。【解決手段】第１シールドプレート３２及び第２シールドプレート３３は、第１シールドプレート３２の第２の貫通孔３２ｅ及び第２シールドプレート３３の第２の貫通孔３３ｅそれぞれに挿通される第１ボルトＢ１によってケース３１に共締めされて固定される。第１シールドプレート３２及び第２シールドプレート３３は、第１シールドプレート３２の第３の貫通孔３２ｆ及び第２シールドプレート３３の第３の貫通孔３３ｆそれぞれに挿通される第２ボルトＢ２によってケース３１に共締めされて固定される。各第２の貫通孔３２ｅ，３３ｅと各第３の貫通孔３２ｆ，３３ｆとは、第１シールドプレート３２及び第２シールドプレート３３におけるそれぞれの第１の貫通孔３２ｄ，３３ｄ同士を結ぶ仮想直線Ｌ１を跨いで配置されている。【選択図】図２
