To perform monitoring and issue a warning so that pieces of processing are not performed in the order in which a discovered error is reproduced, thereby preventing the occurrence of the error.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises a communication circuit, an operation panel, and a display panel. The communication circuit acquires processing procedure information describing the procedure for a plurality of pieces of processing until an error occurs.
