Summary: | To acquire a detection signal of a measuring instrument corresponding to the known pressure in order to calibrate the measuring instrument that measures a physical property of a used lubricant in a rolling bearing.SOLUTION: A physical property measurement apparatus comprises: a pipeline whose one end communicates with the inside of a rolling bearing and which circulates a lubricant discharged from the rolling bearing; a reservoir implement which is provided with an introduction port that is connected to the other end of the pipeline and introduces the lubricant from the pipeline, a reservoir chamber that stores the lubricant introduced from the introduction port and a discharge port that discharges the lubricant from the reservoir chamber; a piston which pushes the lubricant in the reservoir chamber out in a first direction to discharge the lubricant from the discharge port; an elastic member which is provided in the reservoir chamber; a measuring instrument which acquires the pressure applied to the piston as a detection signal; and a control unit which calculates the flow resistance when the piston pushes out the lubricant in the reservoir chamber on the basis of the detection signal acquired from the measuring instrument. The elastic member is provided so as to be contracted in the first direction by contacting the piston moving in the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】転がり軸受内の使用済みの潤滑剤に対する物性を測定する測定器を校正するために、既知の圧力に対応する測定器の検出信号を取得する。【解決手段】転がり軸受内に一端が連通し、前記転がり軸受から排出される潤滑剤が流通する配管と、前記配管の他端と接続されて前記配管から潤滑剤を導入させる導入口、前記導入口から導入された潤滑剤を貯留する貯留室、及び前記貯留室から潤滑剤を排出させる排出口が形成された貯留具と、前記貯留室内の潤滑剤を第1の方向に押し出して前記排出口から排出するピストンと、前記貯留室に設けられる弾性部材と、前記ピストンに付与される圧力を検出信号として取得する測定器と、前記測定器から取得される検出信号に基づいて、前記ピストンが前記貯留室内の潤滑剤を押し出す際の流動抵抗を算出する制御部と、を備え、前記弾性部材は、前記第1の方向に移動する前記ピストンに接触することで、前記第1の方向に収縮可能に設けられている。【選択図】図1 |
