Summary: | To provide a heat insulating article which maintains a heat insulation property and a bent state.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a heat insulating article capable of maintaining a predetermined shape by reinforcing a skeleton of a silica xerogel in a state where a fiber sheet is put in a mold. The method can be applied to manufacture any curved object. Further, a high heat insulation property is realized by arranging a silica xerogel layer which contains a silica xerogel as a main ingredient but contains no fiber between the fiber sheets. Furthermore, heat conduction through a fiber can be fundamentally prevented by using a space forming material of the silica gel as the silica xerogel layer containing no fiber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】断熱性および曲げ状態を維持する断熱体を得ることを目的とする。【解決手段】繊維シートについて、型枠に入れた状態でシリカキセロゲルの骨格を強化させることで、所定の形状を維持した断熱体を作製することができ、湾曲した対象物への応用が可能となる。また繊維シートと繊維シートの間に、シリカキセロゲルを主成分とした繊維を含まないシリカキセロゲル層を設けることで、高い断熱性を実現する。さらに繊維を含まないシリカキセロゲル層にはシリカゲルのスペース形成材を使用することで繊維による熱伝導を根本的に防ぐことができる。【選択図】図2 |
