Summary:To provide a ferritic stainless steel sheet having good heat resistance, workability and corrosion resistance while reducing Nb and Mo.SOLUTION: There is provided a ferritic stainless steel sheet which has a chemical composition comprising, by mass%, 0.002 to 0.03% of C, 0.10 to 0.80% of Si, 1.0% or less of Mn, 0.04% or less of P, 0.030% or less of S, 17.0 to 19.5% of Cr, 0.20 to 0.60% of Nb, 5×(C+N) to 0.6% of Ti, 0.8 to 2.0% of Cu. 0.002 to 0.03% of N and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and contains Ti-containing carbonitrides, Nb-containing carbonitrides formed so as to contact with the Ti-containing carbonitrides, has carbonitrides having a cross-sectional area of 1 μm2 or more, wherein the number density of carbonitrides is 5 pieces/mm2 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】NbおよびMoを低減しながらも、良好な、耐熱性、加工性および耐食性を有するフェライト系ステンレス鋼板を提供する。【解決手段】化学組成が、質量%で、C:0.002~0.03%、Si:0.10~0.80%、Mn:1.0%以下、P:0.04%以下、S:0.030%以下、Cr:17.0~19.5%、Nb:0.20~0.60%、Ti:5×(C+N)~0.6%、Cu:0.8~2.0%、N:0.002~0.03%、残部:Feおよび不純物であり、Ti含有炭窒化物と、当該Ti含有炭窒化物に接するように形成したNb含有炭窒化物と、を含み、断面積が1μm2以上である、炭窒化物を有し、炭窒化物の個数密度が、5個/mm2以上である、フェライト系ステンレス鋼板。【選択図】なし
