Summary:To provide a base material for green infrastructure that realizes a water storage rate equivalent to or higher than that of a base material including crushed stones even though at least 50% of its composition is soil, and has easy manufacturability at low cost and excellent workability.MEANS: A base material for green infrastructure of the present invention is composed of porous soil in 50% or more of the entire material, and has an engagement void ratio of 40% or more and a water permeability coefficient of 1.0×10-5 m/s or more when compacted so that the compaction density ratio is 90%. The porous soil is preferably clinker ash. It is preferable to mix at least one of soil generated from a water purification plant and a carbonized product of sewage sludge with the base material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 本発明は材料の50%以上を土壌で構成しながらも、砕石を使用した基盤材と同等以上の貯水率を実現し、製造容易かつ廉価で施工性に優れたグリーンインフラ用基盤材を提供する。【手段】 本発明のグリーンインフラ用基盤材は、材料全体の50%以上を多孔質の土壌で構成し、締固め密度比が90%となるように締め固めた状態において、かみ合わせ空隙率が40%以上かつ透水係数が1.0×10-5m/s以上である。前記多孔質の土壌がクリンカアッシュであることが好ましい。浄水場発生土および下水道スラッジ炭化品の少なくとも一種を材料に混合したことが好ましい。【選択図】図1
