Summary:To provide a filling inspection method and a filling inspection device capable of inspecting a filling range even when the heat transfer coefficient of a plate material is high in a foam filler filling inspection method and a foam filler filling inspection apparatus for inspecting the filling range of foam filler existing inside a hollow structure formed of the plate material.SOLUTION: A foam filler filling inspection method for inspecting a filling range of a foam filler 40 formed in a hollow structure by injecting a foamable material into the hollow structure 30 formed of plate members 32 and 34, includes: a step of measuring the temperature of an outer surface 32a of the plate member 32 in time series with an infrared camera 16 from the start of the injection of the foamable material to the end of foaming of the foamable material; a step of calculating a temperature rise rate of the outer surface based on the measurement result by the infrared camera; a step of detecting, on the outer surface, a region where the calculated rate of temperature rise is equal to or higher than a preset threshold value as a filling range of the foam filler.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】板材で形成された中空構造体の内部に存在する発泡充填材の充填範囲を検査する発泡充填材の充填検査方法及び発泡充填材の充填検査装置において、板材の熱伝達率が高い場合であっても充填範囲を検査可能な充填検査方法及び充填検査装置を提供する。【解決手段】板材32,34で形成された中空構造体30の内部に発泡性材料を注入して形成された発泡充填材40の前記中空構造体における充填範囲を検査する発泡充填材の充填検査方法において、前記発泡性材料の注入開始から前記発泡性材料の発泡終了までの間、前記板材32の外表面32aの温度を赤外線カメラ16で時系列的に測定する工程と、前記赤外線カメラによる測定結果に基づいて前記外表面の温度上昇速度を算出する工程と、前記外表面において、算出された温度上昇速度が、予め設定された閾値以上となった領域を前記発泡充填材の充填範囲として検出する工程と、を含む。【選択図】図1
