Summary: | To prevent deformation of a vehicle body frame caused by load input from an axle.SOLUTION: A first reinforcement member 16 is an L-shaped cross section having: a first reinforcing lower plate part 18 superposed on the upper surface of a load input part 10 of a frame lower plate part 8; and a first reinforcing side plate part 19 that is bent from one end-edge part of the first reinforcing lower plate part 18 to extend upward, and superposed on a frame side plate part 6. A second reinforcement member 17 is an L-shaped cross section having: a second reinforcing lower plate part 20 superposed on the upper surface of the first reinforcing lower plate part 18 above the load input part 10; and a second reinforcing side plate part 21 that is bent from one end-edge part of the second reinforcing lower plate part 20 to extend upward, and superposed on the first reinforcing side plate part 19. At a bent part 22 between the second reinforcing lower plate part 20 and the second reinforcing side plate part 21, a rib 23 to be swollen toward the inside of the L shape is formed. 【課題】アクスルからの荷重入力による車体フレームの変形を防止する。【解決手段】第1補強部材16は、フレーム下板部8の荷重入力部10の上面に重なる第1補強下板部18と、第1補強下板部18の一端縁部から曲折して上方へ延び、フレーム側板部6に重なる第1補強側板部19とを有するL形状断面である。第2補強部材17は、荷重入力部10の上方で第1補強下板部18の上面に重なる第2補強下板部20と、第2補強下板部20の一端縁部から曲折して上方へ延び、第1補強側板部19に重なる第2補強側板部21とを有するL形状断面である。第2補強下板部20と第2補強側板部21との間の曲折部22には、L形状の内側へ膨出するリブ23が形成されている。第1補強側板部19の長手方向の一側及び他側の端縁部には、下方に向かって互いに離間するように傾斜する直線状又は曲線状の傾斜縁部24が形成されている。【選択図】図4 |
