To provide a decorative sheet and a decorative material capable of imparting antiviral properties using a plant-derived polyethylene being a material derived from a plant.SOLUTION: A decorative material 10 includes a base material 9 and a decorative sheet 1 laminated at least on one side of the base material 9. The decorative sheet 1 includes: a pigmented base material layer 2; a transparent resin layer 4 laminated on one side of the pigmented base material layer 2; and a surface protective layer 6 laminated on a side opposite to the one side facing the pigmented base material layer 2, of the transparent resin layer 4. The transparent resin layer 4 is formed using a plant-derived polyethylene.
