To provide a sleep environment control system advantageous for obtaining good quality sleep, a ventilator, an air cleaner, a humidifier, and a controller.SOLUTION: A sleep environment control system comprises: sleep state detection means of detecting whether the sleep of a subject sleeping indoors is deep or light; respiratory phenomenon detection means of detecting at least one of sneezing and coughing of the subject as a respiratory phenomenon; and air conditioning means which is at least one means of ventilation means of performing a ventilation operation to ventilate a room, dust collection means of performing a dust collection operation to collect dust in indoor air, and humidification means of performing a humidification operation to humidify the room.
