Summary: | To provide an aluminum nitride powder excellent as heat dissipation material that achieves both high fillability and easy formation of interparticle contact points during filling, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is an aluminum nitride sintered granule, which is an aluminum nitride sintered granule having a sphericity of 0.8 or more and a particle size in the range of 20 to 150 μm, and has a protrusion having a height in the range of 3 to 10 μm and comprising an inorganic substance, specifically aluminum nitride, silicon nitride or the like, having a theoretical heat conductivity of 40 W/m-K or more, at a frequency of 2.0×10-3 pieces/μm2 or more on the surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 高充填性と、充填時の粒子間接点の形成されやすさを両立した、放熱材料用フィラーとして優れた窒化アルミニウム粉末およびその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 球形度が0.8以上、粒子径が20~150μmの範囲にある窒化アルミニウム焼結顆粒であって、高さが3~10μmの範囲にあり、且つ、理論熱伝導率が40W/m・K以上の無機物、具体的には、窒化アルミニウム、窒化ケイ素などよりなる凸部を2.0×10-3個/μm2以上の頻度で表面に有する窒化アルミニウム焼結顆粒である。【選択図】 図1 |
