Summary:To improve protective function for an on-vehicle battery and a passenger, and achieve structure simplification.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle battery fitting structure, which is fitted below a rear seat, comprises: at least one battery module spaced apart on the left and right respectively; a storage case for accommodating the battery module; and a battery frame to which the battery module and the storage case are fitted in a suspended state, and which is fixed to a vehicle body. The rear seat is fitted to the battery frame. Consequently, in the unlikely event of a collision and so on, load onto the on-vehicle battery and a passenger is reduced by the battery frame, and since both of the on-vehicle battery and the rear seat are fitted to the battery frame, protective function for the on-vehicle battery and the passenger can be improved, and structure simplification can be achieved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 【課題】 車載用バッテリーと搭乗者の保護機能を高めると共に構造の簡素化を図る。【解決手段】 リアシートの下方に配置される車載用バッテリーの取付構造であって、左右に離隔して位置された少なくとも一つずつの電池モジュールと、電池モジュールを収納する収納ケースと、電池モジュールと収納ケースが吊り下げられた状態で取り付けられ車体に固定されるバッテリーフレームとを備え、バッテリーフレームにリアシートが取り付けられる。これにより、万が一の衝突等の場合にバッテリーフレームによって車載用バッテリーと搭乗者に対する負荷が軽減されると共にバッテリーフレームに車載用バッテリーとリアシートの双方が取り付けられるため、車載用バッテリーと搭乗者の保護機能を高めることができると共に構造の簡素化を図ることができる。【選択図】図10
