To provide an assist grip structure that is convenient in use when getting on and off a vehicle, and can improve space efficiency in the vehicle.SOLUTION: A rear-side door 3 comprises an opening part 3 opened in a side face 2 of a vehicle 1, a slide door 4 sliding in a vehicle front/rear direction to open and close the opening part 3, and an assist grip 10 fitted at a position which is inside a side edge part 5 of the opening part 3 in a vehicle width direction and overlaps with the slide door 4 in an open state in the vehicle width direction. The assist grip 10 has a grip part 11 which extends in a vehicle up/down direction, an extension part 12 which extends from the grip part 11 toward an opening-directional side of the slide door 4, and a cup holder 15 which is arranged in the opening direction of the slide door 4 relative to the grip part 11, and also arranged inside the extension part 12 in the vehicle width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】乗車および降車の際のいずれでも使い勝手がよく、車内のスペース効率を向上させることができるアシストグリップ構造を提供する。【解決手段】後側ドア３は、車両１の側面２に開口形成された開口部３と、車両前後方向にスライド移動して開口部３を開閉するスライドドア４と、開口部３の側縁部５の車幅方向内側であって、開放状態のスライドドア４と車幅方向に重なる位置に取り付けられたアシストグリップ１０と、を備える。アシストグリップ１０は、車両上下方向に延びる把持部１１と、把持部１１からスライドドア４の開放方向側に向かって延びる延出部１２と、把持部１１よりもスライドドア４の開放方向に配置され、かつ、延出部１２よりも車幅方向内側に配置されるカップホルダ１５とを有している。【選択図】図１
