To provide an image processing device, an image processing method and a computer program which reduce a processing time by making reference to pixels in a feature image while skipping pixels in the case of performing a convolution operation.SOLUTION: In an image processing device, a convolutional neutral network (CNN) processing unit comprises a processing unit 406 as operation means for acquiring a pixel from a feature image and performing a convolution operation based on the acquired pixel.
