Summary:To provide a mixed cement composition which can reduce the use amount of a cement clinker powder, has excellent strength development property, and, by using a waste, etc., as a part of a raw material of the cement clinker, is small in degree of lowering flowability although the ratio of the total alkali (Na, etc.) in the cement clinker powder is large.SOLUTION: Provided is a powdery mixed cement composition containing a cement clinker powder, a blast furnace slag fine powder, and a limestone powder. in the total 100 mass% of the cement clinker powder, the blast furnace slag fine powder, and the limestone powder, the ratio of the cement clinker powder is 47-62 mass%, the ratio of the blast furnace slag fine powder is 22-46 mass%, the ratio of the limestone powder is 4-23 mass%, and the ratio of the total alkali (Na2O+0.658K2O) in the cement clinker powder is 0.7-2.0 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】セメントクリンカ粉末の使用量を少なくすることができ、強度発現性に優れ、かつ、セメントクリンカの原料の一部として廃棄物等を用いることによって、セメントクリンカ粉末中の全アルカリ(Na等)の割合が大きいにも関わらず、流動性の低下の程度が小さい混合セメント組成物を提供する。【解決手段】セメントクリンカ粉末、高炉スラグ微粉末、及び石灰石粉末を含む粉状の混合セメント組成物であって、セメントクリンカ粉末、高炉スラグ微粉末、及び石灰石粉末の合計量100質量%中、セメントクリンカ粉末の割合が47~62質量%であり、高炉スラグ微粉末の割合が22~46質量%であり、石灰石粉末の割合が4~23質量%であり、セメントクリンカ粉末中の全アルカリ(Na2O+0.658K2O)の割合が0.7~2.0質量%である粉状の混合セメント組成物。【選択図】なし
