Summary:To improve reliability by materializing a rigid structure as a whole while improving silence effect in an intake device constituted by a duct unit integrated with a resonator, and an air cleaner.SOLUTION: A duct unit 6 is formed by welding two front and rear shell-like members 21, 22, and includes an intake duct 23 formed in an almost U-shape, and resonators 24, 25 disposed in a space surrounded by the intake duct 23. A receiving plate 16 extending forward and rearward is integrally formed in an upper end of the duct unit 6, and a body case 7 of an air cleaner 5 is welded to the receiving plate 16. Since the intake duct 23 is formed in the almost U-shape having a bottom plate 23c, flow resistance of air is small. The capacity of the resonators 24, 25 can be increased, and therefore, silence effect is high. The receiving plate 16 and the body case 7 are welded via ribs 28, 29, and therefore, they can be sufficiently vibrated and can be firmly joined (fixed) even when the area is large.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】レゾネータが一体化されたダクトユニットとエアクリーナとから成る吸気装置において、消音効果の向上を図りつつ、全体を堅牢な構造と成して信頼性を高める。【解決手段】ダクトユニット6は前後2枚のシェル状部材21,22を溶着して形成されており、略U型に形成された吸気ダクト23と、吸気ダクト23で囲われた空間に配置されたレゾネータ24,25とを具備する。ダクトユニット6の上端には前後に張り出した受け板16が一体に形成されており、受け板16にエアクリーナ5の本体ケース7が溶着されている。吸気ダクト23は底板23cを有する略U型であるため、空気の流れ抵抗は小さい。レゾネータ24,25は容量を大きくできるため、消音効果は高い。受け板16と本体ケース7とはリブ28,29を介して溶着されているため、広い面積であってもしっかりと加振して強固に接合(固着)できる。【選択図】図6
