The relay 60 includes a pair of contacts 61a and 62a arranged to face each other, and switches over between current cut-off and connection by opening and closing the pair of contacts 61a and 62a. The power storage element 20 includes an electrode body 26 including electrode plates 27 stacked in a first direction and a container 21 that accommodates the electrode body 26.
