Summary:To provide a method for measuring an accurate residual strain even when a cutting piece is deformed, and to provide a sensor for providing a method for measuring the strain.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method for measuring the internal strain of a resin product, in which a strain gauge is set in a surface of a measurement site of the product and a sheet-like soft material is set on the strain gauge, and then, another strain gauge is further set on the soft material and a bridge circuit is connected between both gauges, and thereafter, the internal residual strain of the resin product is measured by the change in the electric resistance of the strain gauges before and after a part of the product is cut off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】本発明は、切り出した切削片が変形しても正確な残留ひずみを測定する方法を提供することを目的とする。そしてその測定方法を提供するためのセンサを提供することを第2の目的とする。【解決手段】 本発明の目的は、樹脂成形品の内部ひずみを測定する方法であって、該成形品の測定部位の表面にひずみゲージを設置後、その上にシート状の軟質材を設置し、さらにその上にひずみゲージを設置後、該両ゲージにブリッジ回路を接続し、該成形品の一部を切削する前後での該ひずみゲージの電気抵抗変化により、該樹脂成形品の内部残留ひずみを測定するひずみ測定方法によって達成された。【選択図】図4
