Summary:To provide a small and low-cost ring capacitor-provided commutator motor in which a motor weight is not increased and which has high reliability in high-speed rotation and heat generation in an armature.SOLUTION: A small DC motor is provided with a commutator 19 that is fixed to a rotation shaft. An extended thin piece part 191 extending in the axial direction outwardly from an outer end surface of the commutator and having a width shorter than the circumferential length of a commutator segment 190 of the commutator, is integrally provided to a position, of the commutator segment, corresponding to the outer circumferential side of the outer end surface. The extended thin piece parts of a plurality of the commutator segments, an insulating tubular part 24, and an outer end surface 241 of the commutator constitute an element housing space 28 that has a recess shape. An annular printed board 260 having a plurality of capacitors 262 mounted on a surface thereof is housed in the element housing space. Any one of the capacitors and the corresponding extended thin piece part are integrally coupled with a solder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】モータ体格を大きくすること無く、電機子の高速回転及び発熱に対しても信頼性が高くかつ、小型で低コストの、リングコンデンサ付き整流子モータを提供する。【解決手段】回転軸に固定される整流子19を備えた小型の直流モータであって、整流子の整流子セグメント190には、整流子の外側端面の外周側に対応する位置において、外側端面から軸線方向外側に伸び、かつ整流子セグメントの円周方向の長さよりも短い幅で、延長細片部191が一体に設けられている。複数の整流子セグメントの延長細片部と、絶縁性筒体部24と整流子の外側端面241により、凹部状の素子収容空間28を構成している。この素子収容空間に、表面に複数のコンデンサ262が実装された環状プリント基板260が収容され、複数のコンデンサのいずれか1つと、対応する延長細片部とが半田により、各々一体に結合されている。【選択図】図3
