To provide an atmosphere controller capable of suppressing generation of a scale of a welded portion when heating a welded workpiece, by making it possible to control an atmosphere only in the vicinity of the welded portion, by suppressing an influence on an entire atmosphere in a heating furnace, when heating a workpiece formed by welding a member made of a plate material having a plating film, a heater, a heating method of a workpiece, and a manufacturing method of a molding.SOLUTION: An atmosphere controller for controlling an atmosphere in a heating furnace of a welded portion of a workpiece having a linearly formed welded portion between one member and the other member made of a plate material at least one of which has a plating film comprises, an air supply unit that supplies a specific atmosphere different from the atmosphere in the heating furnace to the welded portion, an exhaust portion that exhausts the specific atmosphere supplied to the welding portion, and a header portion arranged with the air supply portion and the exhaust portion and of a shape along the welded portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】めっき被膜を有する板材から成る部材を溶接して形成されたワークを加熱する際、加熱炉内の全体的な雰囲気への影響を抑制し、溶接部近傍のみの雰囲気調整にすることを可能として、溶接されたワークを加熱する際に、溶接部のスケールの発生を抑制することが可能な雰囲気調整装置、加熱装置、ワークの加熱方法、及び成形品の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】少なくともいずれか一方がめっき被膜を有する板材から成る一の部材及び他の部材の間に線状に形成された溶接部を有するワークの前記溶接部の加熱炉内での雰囲気を調整する雰囲気調整装置であって、前記加熱炉内の雰囲気とは異なる特定雰囲気を前記溶接部へ供給する給気部と、前記溶接部へ供給された前記特定雰囲気を排気する排気部と、前記給気部と前記排気部が配置された、前記溶接部に沿った形状のヘッダ部を備える、雰囲気調整装置。【選択図】図１
