To enable further effective use of a shared vehicle in delivering perishable food.SOLUTION: A delivery request system 1 that requests delivery of perishable food to a driver of a shared vehicle includes: a deliverable shared vehicle extraction unit 110 that extracts a deliverable shared vehicle which is a shared vehicle that can deliver the perishable food based on a state of the shared vehicle, a position of the shared vehicle and a deliver time or a delivery amount of the perishable food; and a delivery request unit 111 that requests delivery of the perishable food to the driver of the deliverable shared vehicle extracted by the deliverable shared vehicle extraction unit 110.
