Summary: | To provide a hot press molding apparatus and a hot press molding method which can prevent generation of a portion which is partially insufficiently quenched by performing cooling of complementing cooling by a cooling passage, while suppressing an increase in manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A hot press molding apparatus 10 has a lower mold 11 which is a stationary mold and an upper mold 12 which is a movable mold, and further comprises mist spraying parts 61 and 62 which spray mist to an inter-mold space 17 formed between both the molds 11 and 12 with the upper mold 12 separated from the lower mold 11. The mist spraying parts 61 and 62 are arranged independently from both the upper and lower molds 11 and 12, and installed outside the lower mold 11 so as not to interfere with upward and downward movements of the upper mold 12. The mist spraying part 61 has a first spraying part 61 that sprays mist toward a molding part 25 of the lower mold 11, and a second spraying part that sprays mist toward a molding part 26 of the upper mold 12. Vaporization heat generated when mist is vaporized is absorbed, so that the molding parts 25 and 26 are cooled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】製造コストの増加を抑制しつつ、冷却通路による冷却を補完する冷却を行い、部分的に焼入れが不十分となる箇所が生じることを抑制できる熱間プレス成形装置及び熱間プレス成形方法を提供すること。【解決手段】熱間プレス成形装置10は、固定型である下型11と、可動型である上型12とを有し、上型12が下型11から離間して両型11,12の間に形成された型間空間17にミストを噴霧するミスト噴霧部61,62を備えている。ミスト噴霧部61,62は、上下両型11,12とは別に設けられ、上型12の上下動と干渉しないように、下型11の外方に設置されている。ミスト噴霧部61は、下型11の成形部25に向けてミスト噴霧する第1噴霧部61と、上型12の成形部26に向けてミストを噴霧する第2噴霧部とを有している。ミストが蒸発する際の気化熱が吸収されることにより、各成形部25,26が冷却される。【選択図】 図6 |
