To provide a small-sized power conversion device.SOLUTION: A power conversion device comprises a semiconductor module, a capacitor, and a cooler. The semiconductor module includes a semiconductor element for power conversion, and an input terminal conducted with the semiconductor element is disposed on a module surface. The capacitor includes a capacitor surface in which a capacitor terminal is disposed, and which is opposed to the module surface. The cooler is disposed between the semiconductor module and the capacitor.
