To provide a specimen inspection system that increases the number of specimens inspected and shortens inspection time.SOLUTION: Provided is a specimen inspection system comprising: a camera 3 for photographing a specimen container 30 from above in a state where a plurality of containers 30 are accommodated, with a two-dimensional code 40 indicating a subject ID printed and the specimen of the corresponding subject accommodated, and acquiring a two-dimensional code group image in which the two-dimensional codes 40 of the plurality of specimen containers 30 are collectively photographed; and an information processing device 1 having an inquiry information database 20 in which the inquiry information of the subject is associated with the subject ID. The information processing device 1 receives a two-dimensional code group image from the camera 3, identifies a corresponding subject ID for each two-dimensional code from inside the two-dimensional code group image, accesses the inquiry information database 20, and assesses, for each subject ID identified from a two-dimensional code, the preliminary positive probability of a subject with the subject ID in accordance with the inquiry information associated with the subject ID.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】検体検査の検査数量の増加と検査時間を短縮させる検体検査システムを提供する。【解決手段】検体検査システムであって、被検者ＩＤを示す二次元コード４０が印刷され且つ対応する被検者の検体が収納された検体容器３０が複数収納されている状態の上方から検体容器３０を撮影し、複数の検体容器３０の二次元コード４０が一括撮影されている二次元コード群画像を取得するカメラ３と、被検者ＩＤに被検者の問診情報を対応付けた問診情報ＤＢ２０を有する情報処理装置１とを備え、情報処理装置１は、カメラ３から二次元コード群画像を受け取り、二次元コード群画像のなかにある二次元コード毎に対応する被検者ＩＤを特定し、問診情報ＤＢ２０にアクセスし、二次元コードから特定した被検者ＩＤ毎に、被検者ＩＤに対応付けられている問診情報に応じて、被検者ＩＤの被検者の検体の事前陽性確率を判定する。【選択図】図１
