For each inverter device 1, the setting unit 24A calculates an active power target value from an active power total value calculated by the total value calculation unit 22 and a distribution rate calculated by the distribution rate calculation unit 23A, and calculates a reactive power target value from a reactive power total value calculated by the total value calculation unit 22 and the distribution rate calculated by the distribution rate calculation unit 23A. The first calculation unit 25 is supplied with the active power target value and an active power output value of each inverter device 1 and calculates a voltage phase command value of each inverter device 1.
