Summary:To reduce exhaust sound of exhaust gas introduced from a pair of introduction ports in a well-balanced manner at an exhaust device including a muffler which houses a catalyst.SOLUTION: An exhaust device 5 of an engine includes: a muffler 33 having multiple muffler chambers 51 to 53 partitioned by partition walls 34 to 36; a communication pipe 37 which is housed in the muffler 33 and penetrates through at least one of the partition walls 34 to 36; and a catalyst 38 which is housed in the muffler 33 and penetrates through at least one partition wall 35.
