Summary: | To provide a hot water generation system having high use efficiency of waste heat of a fuel cell and enabling high temperature hot water to be used immediately after a vehicle mounted with the fuel cell reaches a destination.SOLUTION: A hot water generation system 1 mounted to a vehicle V includes: a fuel cell 10; a water storage tank 30; a heat exchange section 20 exchanging heat between waste heat of the fuel cell during traveling of the vehicle and water stored in the water storage tank; a destination input section 43 for inputting a destination; a determination section 45 determining whether or not the vehicle comes closer to the destination; a heating section 31 heating water stored in the water storage tank; and a heating control section 61 controlling the heating section. When a determination that the vehicle comes closer to the destination is made, the heating control section heats the water that is stored in the water storage tank and has undergone heat exchange.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
