To provide an electrode group, an accumulator battery, a battery pack, a motor car, and a method of manufacturing the electrode group capable of suppressing generation of short circuit.SOLUTION: An electrode group 3 comprises a positive electrode 10, a separator 13, and a negative electrode 12 sequentially laminated in a first direction X. The separator 13 has: a first surface 41A that covers one surface in the first direction X of the negative electrode 12; and a second surface 41B that covers the other surface. The negative electrode 12 is sandwiched between the first surface 41A and the second surface 41B.
