Summary:To provide an oil-water mixture separation device which can continuously operate without stopping.SOLUTION: An oil-water mixture separation device for solvent extraction refines noble metal contained in a liquid in an oil phase (an oil phase) or a liquid in a water phase (a water phase). An oil-water mixture separation part includes: an oil-water mixing part; water phase introducing means P1 of a first inflow port; water phase introducing means P2 of a second inflow port; and a U shaped separation tank for oil-water separation in which a first chamber and a second chamber are connected at their lower parts. The U shaped separation tank includes: an opening 1 for injecting oil water from an outflow port into the first chamber; an opening 2 of the first chamber; oil phase discharging means P3 of the opening 2; an opening 3 of the second chamber; a water phase discharging means P4 of the opening 3; an oil phase side sensor which detects a height of an upper part oil phase surface of the first chamber; and a water phase side sensor which detects a height of an upper part water phase surface of the second chamber. Control means controls a moment when the water phase and the oil phase are introduced into the first and second inflow ports of the oil-water mixing part and a moment that the oil phase and the water phase are discharged from the opening 2 and the opening 3 according to outputs of the oil phase side sensor and the water phase side sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】装置が停止することなく連続稼働できる油水混合分離装置を提供する。【解決手段】油相また水相中に含有している貴金属を精製する溶媒抽出用油水混合分離装置である。油水混合分離部は、油水混合部と、第一の流入口の水相導入手段P1と、第二の流入口の油相導入手段P2と、第一室と第二室は下部でつながっている、油水分離用のU字型分離槽とを備え、U字型分離槽は、流出口からの油水を第一室に注入する開口1と、第一室の開口2と、開口2の油相排出手段P3と、第二室の開口3と、開口3の水相排出手段P4と、第一室の上部油相面の高さを検知する油相側センサと、第二室の上部水相面の高さを検知する水相側センサを備え、制御手段は、油相側センサと水相側センサの出力に応じて、油水混合部の第一および第二の流入口に水相および油相を導入する時期と、開口2および開口3から油相および水相を排出する時期と、を制御する。【選択図】図1
