Summary: | To provide a valve gear for preventing occurrence of abnormal sound due to valve vibration by actualizing stable control with a smooth operation of a valve element.SOLUTION: A valve gear includes a valve body 12 having a valve chest 13 communicated with an inflow path 21 and an outflow path 22, a valve element 15 to be moved forward and backward with respect to the valve seat 14 to change a flow amount of refrigerant, and a pressure sensitive member 16 to be expanded and contracted in accordance with a pressure which energizes the valve element to the valve seat and which the valve element receives from refrigerant flowing in from the inflow path to allow the valve element to be moved forward and backward. The inflow path is formed at the lower end of the valve body and the outflow path is formed at the upper end of the valve body so that, if the opening direction of the valve element is upward and the closing direction is downward, the inflow path and outflow path extend in the upward and downward direction and the inflow path, the valve chest and the outflow path are lined up linearly in the upward and downward direction. Between the inflow path and the outflow path, the valve chest is arranged. The valve gear has guide means (a guide hole 32 and a supporting rod 34) provided on the lower side of the valve element for allowing the valve element to be moved in the upward and downward directions and restricting the valve element to be moved in the direction perpendicular to the upward and downward directions. The guide means is arranged at a center axis of the inflow path, and a refrigerant flow path 33 is formed around there.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】弁体の円滑な動作により安定した制御を行い、弁振動による異音発生を防ぐ。【解決手段】流入路21と流出路22に連通する弁室13を有する弁本体12と、弁座14に対し進退動し冷媒流量を変更する弁体15と、弁体を弁座に向け付勢し流入路から流入する冷媒から弁体が受ける圧力に従って伸縮し弁体の進退動を許容する感圧部材16を備えた弁装置で、弁体の開弁方向を上、閉弁方向を下とした場合に、流入路と流出路が上下方向に延び且つ流入路と弁室と流出路が上下方向に直線状に配列されるように流入路を弁本体の下端に形成すると共に流出路を弁本体の上端に形成し、流入路と流出路間に弁室を配し、当該弁装置は、弁体下側に備えられ弁体の上下方向の移動を許容し上下方向に直交する方向への弁体の移動を規制する案内手段(案内穴32と支持棒34)を有し、案内手段を流入路の中心軸部に配し、その周囲を冷媒流路33とした。【選択図】図1 |
