To provide a crop harvesting machine that can reliably convey crops while preventing damage thereof.SOLUTION: A crop harvesting machine conveys and harvests crops of an agricultural field. This crop harvesting machine comprises a first conveyance unit and a second conveyance unit 22. The first conveyance unit conveys the crops. The second conveyance unit 22 conveys the crops conveyed by the first conveyance unit, along the conveyance direction directing obliquely upward. The second conveyance unit 22 includes a downside conveyor 22b and a topside conveyor 22 t. The downside conveyor 22b conveys the crops in the conveyance direction while supporting the crops from the underside. The topside conveyor 22 t is provided in such a manner that it is opposed to the downside conveyor 22b, and assists the conveyance of the crops by the downside conveyor 22b. The topside conveyor 22 t comprises a conveyance auxiliary unit 64 having at least one or more elastically deformable protrusions 63.
